"The walk to shops and beach are a lot further than listed. The apartments are getting close to renovation time."

"A very nice property as described, with a large terrace, overlooked on most sides but with an unexpected view of the castle and swooping swifts making up for it. The host was very helpful throughout and kindly left us a generous welcome pack. I had no problem finding local street parking. Happy to recommend if touring the area by car. The train station and supermarket both less than 5-10 mins walk away."

The property is located close enough to the beach that we were able to access it every day by a 10 minute car ride, as well as accessible by a few minute walk to any other amenity or shop you might need during your stay. "Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy."

"Lovely breezy apartment 30 seconds walk from the beach with a huge rooftop terrace. Lovely and very helpful hosts. The kitchen is lacking some basics like a kettle and toaster since the neighborhood does not have much to offer restaurant wise but otherwise, great place to relax and do day trips."

"Our stay was excellent. Our host was fantastic. She even picked us up at the train station and allowed a late checkout and then drove us to the train station on depsrture. Only issues were we did not expect a cleaning fee and the WIFI did not work the last full day of our stay. Ammenities said access to a boat and bikes. I guess you could rent them in town. This could have been clearer in the ammenties."

Appartamento stupendo con tutti i comfort che possono servire, tra cui condizionatore, depuratore d'aria e macchinetta del caffè. L'appartamento è molto pulito e arredato molto bene! L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro, 7 minuti di camminata e sei già al castello di fondi, a poca distanza ci sono anche dei supermercati!"
