"We only had a couple of nights stay however we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. Staff were really polite and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and oceon view room had a beautiful view along the coast. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. A good carpark to leave your car in hotel grounds. Would definitely go again."

"Lovely villa in a quiet village in the hills above Sperlonga. Huge main terrace and loads of balconies. Pool was cold but we stayed end of April into May. Hot water in the top floor bathroom not great but fine everywhere else (2 other bathrooms).Very well equipped. Just like being at home. We prepared all of our evening meals during our stay and literally everything we needed was available. Also, really appreciated the box of kids toys: Duplo, couple of train sets, board games. We didn't use them but there are also PS2 games and loads of DVDs.If you want a quiet stay in a lovely villa with great views of the mountains and with beaches 15 mins away then this is the place for you. There are no shops/bars/restaurants in the immediate area but you can find everything you need in Itri or Sperlonga 10-15 mins away by car."

"We stayed here about 30 years ago and enjoyed it. No change this time !!!! Room was classic (not modern). Beds a little firm. Balcony view was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and staff very pleasant. Does have a lift so that was very helpful with our luggage. Overall a great stay and value."
