"Dated hotel with some charming and well-meaning staff. Breakfast is standard. They would have charged $99 without breakfast for an expedia price of $78 with breakfast. That tells me they're not in tune with the reality of the situation, neither their quality in comparison with other places, nor their value. Actually for this rather average, dated hotel, I think $78 was about right given the the conditions and location. "
