The communication was excellent throughout our stay, they shared lots of information ahead of our arrival and were always on standby over whatsapp for anything we needed. The location of the apartment itself was a little quiet, with lots of construction work happening everywhere around so beware of noise and dust. We didn’t mind too much as the complex had security and you can rent bikes to cycle into downtown tulum or...
