"Room was pretty clean. Lots of just old set in stains everywhere. Hotel is old and shows it. We stayed one night and had an emergency and had to leave early. It was good for the one night and beds were very clean."

"Room wasn’t cleaned the entire 4 days. We were across from the ice machine and they wouldn’t move us. The hotel wasn’t even close to being full. Went to get breakfast at 8 and there wasn’t any food left. Garbage cans overflowing. Bathroom was nasty! One one small bar of soap for bath and hands."

"Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is if you want a river view be sure to ask for one. I didn't request one since I wasn't aware that not all rooms have the view. In the pictures it only shows river views, so be aware. Other than that, it was beautiful scenery and an awesome trip, we will be back and hopefully get to enjoy the pool next time."

"Breakfast was great and Lady was wonderful in the dining room. Room was acceptable but the odor of cleaning products was overpowering. Linens were great. Pillows were terrible. Staff was slow and had trouble understanding family needed to stay on the same floor. All issues were resolved but anyone with hospitality experience would aware of guest needs. Overall exceptable experience. "
