"Room was not as advertised! TV was not working; they give you a run around as if it’s someone else’s responsibility."

"Absolutely amazing service and accommodation. After staying at another resort in Fiji we know just how good we had it at Nanuku! Highly recommend"

"We stayed 1 night in a beachfront bure. It was clean and comfortable with no unnecessary frills. A nice deck and interesting outside shower (which we liked). The beachfront bar was great (even without sun). A walk along the beach will take you to The Pearl, which is another option for food and drink (but not as good a vibe) NB Just check to see if breakfast is included in your package."

"We stayed for a week at Crusoes Retreat. It is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The last time was 10 years ago. To say the condition had gone downhill is an understatement. The once thatched roofs are now rusted with twigs left. Some Bures have had the roofs replaced. The beachfront bar is rotting and never opened. The spa pool was out of order and looked liked it hadn’t been open in months. The whole place was tired. If you choose this Resort by the photos on the website you will be very...

"Stayed in unit 7. The room was ok.However they need to replace sheets which had holes. Pillow cases, towels, ironing board cover had stains on them. Lamp shade had mould and the plastic dish rack. Ironing board needs a foam under the cover as when ironing a top the metal on ironing board left a imprint on it. Metal on ironing board legs and the clothes airer have rust on them. Outside gardens where well maintained. Breakfast prices were good."

"Perfect and special bure right on beach - Beachfront (Tula), with the sound of the sea and waves right outside your door. Bed mattress new, firm, excellent sleep. Outdoor open air shower unique and amazing, with gas-boosted instant hot water. Get a Vodafone eSim online a week before you go ($23 AUD for 50GB for 10 days), activates the day before you go, switch to it on arrival on the airport, get 4G 2/3 bars in your room at the resort as wi-fi only in the restaurant. Included Continental...

"My wife amd i stayed for a week and had the best relaxing week! We have a special diet and the staff/chefs accommodated every meal, and the food tasted incredible!!!! Also all the staff you meet are extremely nice - we feel like we have made friends. We absolutely recommend staying here - it is magical!"

"When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century."

"We had an amazing stay at Waidroka. The staff is wonderful, food was good, and diving was fantastic. It is such a peaceful, lovely, eco-resort where you away from crowds and city noise. We didn't want to leave!"

"The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post: Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals. Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, basic amenities, and...

"Fantastic! Large comfortable kitchen and living area. Large bedroom with a new firm mattress perfect for my bad back. I felt like I was home 5 minutes after I got there. Wonderful front deck the whole length of the house. Spent many hours out there sitting enjoying the jungle and Ocean View. The nights were quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking plus plenty of coffee tea fixings along with spices for cooking. I ended up canceling a couple scuba...

"Great place. Very large villa. The pool was fantastic and extremely clean."

"Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. The kindness of the people here is what we loved about Fiji the most! The house was so comfortable and finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and interior...

"Great stay and great staff. Booking was easy"

"Enjoyed the stay…. But just need the little things fix….As an example… unable to lock the house when we went out, had to buy a lighter to light the gas cookers, etc"

"PLEASE SEE PHOTOS — SERIOUS HEALTH & CLEANLINESS CONCERNS. Unfortunately, this became a very difficult stay for my family. We initially booked 2 NTS because the villa was conveniently located near our family. We noticed cleanliness issues & cockroaches upon arrival, but being from Fiji ourselves, we understand insects can occasionally enter homes. We mentioned it to our host, Felix, and were willing to work with him. He offered us a discount, so we extended for 3 add’l nights. The following...
