"It is now clearly getting old. Maintenance is needed. Staff absolutely unhelpful until asked. No info on room was given upon check in. No time for checkout or info on amenities or even wifi password. Had to go back each time to front desk to ask. Wifi only worked when outside in the open. Couldn’t use in room. Cost of evening meals very expensive,there needs to be casual food options offered and cheaper costs. My room had a space to hang clothes but no hangers. "Large pool, really attractive, well attended grounds. Secluded & remote with a lovely sandy beach directly in front. Nice & quiet, but very thin walls between units so you could hear every word your neighbours said. Culture night feast & kava celebration were great. Unfortunately other meals were a bit disappointing. Long way from Nadi, but convenient distance to Suva. Excellent beach, excellent snorkelling."

"Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool.
