"Great staff, large, clean rooms, and an excellent location! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. My one suggestion would be to offer readily available coffee service in the morning. Waiting 15 minutes for a $4 cup of coffee seems excessive, especially when most guests are simply looking for a quick cup to start their day."

"Every person I encountered at the hotel was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I would also add a note about the city of Detroit. I had to ask for directions twice from locals and they were so kind, really went out of their way. All of the personell handling traffic flow after an event at the arena were also friendly and helpful."

"Ibwas thoroughly impressed with the rehab of a former Fire Station Headquarters! The feeling was unique and nostalgic. I wish they would install a soap r towels racks inside of the shower. I had no place to hold my soap or towel while bathing. I hive the Hotel a 9.5 !"
