"We had a wonderful stay and the location is great! public transportation is a block away. Miguel and Betty were awesome! I will to stay at Crowne Plaza again when I go to Chicago and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good and affordable hotel downtown Chicago. "The rooms were clean, but the main light was not working, and neither was the AC when we arrived. We called the front desk, and they were able to get the AC working. We had paid in full, but later received an invoice with an additional $30 in taxes and fees, including city, county, and destination fees, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is clean, and being part of the Skyline complex is a nice feature."
