The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt. "
