"We thoroughly enjoyed our month in Noir North. Wonderful location in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The property is well appointed with all you would want for living long term. The CBD was an easy 2 km walk, most of it along Lake Wanaka. The hosts provided weekly linen and towel change and cleaning. There is sufficient natural screening that you have privacy from the adjacent properties. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The kitchen was bare of any utensils, I didn't find any plates or cutlery or anything I could use to prepare any food. Toilet/shower block always flooded, never kept clean, I don't know if fellow guest were treating it poorly but at least have someone clean it a couple times a day. The room I was in had an odd smell, like vinegar almost, quite unpleasant. Wifi was pretty shocking too, not that I needed it that much. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable."
