"It was so well located for staying at the airport. Easy to get to even though our flight landed in Terminal 2. The tube system is so good at the airport."

"The hotel was dark and dirty. The bathroom in our room the tub/shower combination didn’t work for me. The tub was too high. I’m only 5 feet and it was as tall as I am. The shower door was a half door. It only came where the water ended. Not good!! We did not have any face cloth either. Would I stay there again. NO!!"

"The breakfast was very good. Classic English breakfast and other breakfast foods."

"Everything was OK"

"The room was clean and a good size though I think what I call a king size bed is smaller in England-haha. The staff were extremely helpful. The location is fantastic! Close to several tube lines. Great food choices including grocery stores close by."

"Stayed here for 6 nights late September. A good location to the station and getting to supermarket. Also walkable to high street and Kensington garden/ science museums. Didn’t realise the tube goes right underneath but didn’t hear a thing. Very well sound proofed! amazing. Room is basic for what you get by big enough for me and my son. No fridge and no conditioner for those that require those things. Breakfast was relatively okay. Need to ask for room to be cleaned if you wanted it cleaned. ...
