"The staff was very nice. I had expressed that my dad is disabled and we would’ve liked a first floor room. In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! With no elevator, I’m disappointed that they already had the information and still placed them on the top floor. They could have at least assigned them the second floor room. Bathroom sink don’t even touch it because it will fall
Finding parking is a headache

"House was a great location. Just beautiful. However, the hammocks were old and rotting, would have loved to use them. Hot tub was not in a location that we felt comfortable using since it was by the driveway. My only other issue with the property is everything from the showers to the main toilet and all the ceiling fans were impossible to reach. Even my son at 6’ had trouble reaching. Definitely recommend longer chains and maybe a stool in the bathroom. "

"Somebody put trash and dirty the terrace and the manager texted us blaming on us. It was very sad because we are very clean and respectful people
I told her, we (I and my kids) never went to the terrace and to look the cameras because I saw a man staying there. I did not like her shouting on me and sending me videos about the trash on whatsapp.
I don't know if we are going there anymore as I don't feel comfortable anymore to go there."

"I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there.
