It was everything we expected and we weren’t disappointed. It would have been nice if reception could have alerted us before we arrived that there are extensive roadworks going on in front and to the side of the hotel. This meant that we had difficulty locating the car park which is to the rear of the hotel. The only access was down a one way street driving in the wrong direction! Ok if you know the other end is blocked, but this was our first time. "

"Friendly efficient welcome on check in. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Would have liked biscuits to go with tea and coffee! Didn’t use restaurant so can’t review that. Would return. "

"Big, beautiful room with views of the sea. Super friendly staff. The hotel is full of charm and character. No AC, but a fan was provided. We opened the windows and were very comfortable. Large closet, sitting areas, and a large, comfortable bed. Hairdryer and other conveniences provided. We loved it here. Beach is across the street. Everything we needed in walking distance. "

"It’s in the name! A Grand hotel. The best hotel I have stayed in the uk. Greeted by a lovely gentlemen who help with our luggage and was very helpful. We stayed in a junior family suite and the room massive it was also clean, modern with a lovely sea view you can enjoy from your balcony. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options with very friend staff, like the rest of the Grand Team."
