"The room was okay - a bit tired and could have been cleaner. It wasn't disgusting but it wasn't immaculate. It's not exactly cheap either so I can't let it slide on that basis. Feels like it could do with a bit of love and a deep clean. Bed comfy, location is brilliant and I like that there's a proper fridge in the room. I've stayed here before and I would again. "

"We had an amazing stay here at the Claremont staff where some helpful nothing was any trouble Was made to feel very welcome was clean and so close to all amenities o would definitely recommend a stay here and I will definitely be back again "

"Room was ensuite, clean, safe/secure. I only stayed for 1 night and have any complaints to speak of for paying under £50 quite close to the beach and the shopping area of Brighton"

"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "

"We choose The View because we both have mobility issues. The whole hotel is essily accessible, the beds are very comfortable and everywhere is clean. Breakfast is excellent and there is always someone available to get it for you with a smile!"
