"The staff were professional & warm. We needed to extend our visit due to a loved one being seen at VCU Medical Center. They were accommodating without giving us any problems. Location is great. About 10 min from VCU Medical Center, a very nice shopping center across the street with a Kroger Grocery Store & several restaurants. There is even an Exxon right across the street!"

"Excellent breakfast. Super comfy bed. Clean facility throughout. Bathroom had moderate wear and toiletries were pinned to the wall at an odd distance from the sink. There was also a loudly barking dog in the room across the hall. That was crazy."

"I am a Cancer cancer free now and I came down to Richmond to go to the flying squirrels game and I picked this hotel and it was very nice very awesome staff was awesome everything about it was awesome awesome and great like again I said the staff was so nice and so polite and help me with everything I needed I was with my wife and I just want to say awesome Hotel little pricey but awesome Hotel"

"Really enjoyed our weekend at the Jefferson leaving the hotel only once. Got massages, a pedicure, swam and relaxed in the salt water pool and outdoor deck and ate all our meals at their Lemaire restaurant. The hotel is beautiful with quite a history. Our room was very spacious with spacious bathroom as well. The staff were uniformly so pleasant and helpful. There is outdoor parking lot right next to the hotel (valet or self) for a fee. Highly recommend for an upscale hotel experience."
