"it appears that junior staff managing the front desk need a better understanding of why the hotel has policies in place, not just what those policies are. The hotel grounds were clean and everything was nice but the hot tub was in deplorable condition. So very dirty and smelly. I wish that was as clean as the rest of the place."

"Over all this is where we all ways stay when are traveling to the Tri-Cities area. Every disappointment when we don’t get to stay here it’s a Five star hotel but we pay like it’s a 3 star hotel. Great accommodations. "

"The bed was uncomfortable, room was very small. TV only had fox News. Juice at breakfast tasted rancid and breakfast was a joke. always people outside smoking. And parking lot was built backwards. "
