"I recently stayed at the Sonesta Select Dallas Richardson, and what truly made my experience stand out was the incredible staff. From the moment I checked in, every team member I encountered was warm, polite, and genuinely welcoming.They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was a quick request at the front desk or a friendly greeting in the hallway, their attentive and accommodating service made a huge difference. It is rare to find a hotel where the entire team is this dedicated to guest satisfaction!Beyond the stellar service, the hotel itself was fantastic—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, entirely thanks to the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely be back!"
