"Lovely hotel with a beautiful decoration and many amenities. Located on a quiet street in the historic center. It has a lot of restaurants and cafes around the neighborhood. Room was clean with A/C and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent! The staff were amazing. Since the moment we arrived they gave us a warm welcome; they immediately offered us refreshments and then provided us with suggestions for activities inside and outside the hotel. They were always very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you Chiara."

"Lungarno is beautifully situated along the Arno River right near the Ponte Vecchio, an amazing location for anyone visiting Florence for its attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous. We were happy to have received an upgrade upon our arrival. The only issue was that our bedroom was right next to the elevator which meant we could hear it ding when we were trying to rest. Other than that, a perfect stay!"

If you are driving, it's great because it's inside the walls, but you can go with your car until the hotel parking lot without crossing the narrow streets - Beautiful view of the valleys from the Terrace - Nice and fresh breakfast."

"We all love the stay here. Our children are young adults and loved the pool and pool bar. The chalet was tight for 5 adults but was perfectly accommodating. The showers were huge by European standards. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the chalet, patio and pool area. Lots to offer families. The shuttle to the Oltrano area can be far to walk for some but we were up for it. "

"This beautiful boutique hotel is historically unique, situated in a less touristy neighborhood in Florence and very well managed. The attention to service and detail, the helpfulness of the staff ( before and after our stay) and the professionalism of every single employee was greatly appreciated. The rooms are very quiet with the loveliest linens and towels. Our delight was waking to a breakfast catering to every taste and dining al fresco. The wait staff is superb. Every inch of the hotel is immaculate. I would return to this lovely place on my next trip to Florence. "
