"Well. This is definitely not glamping. We paid €60 to sleep in a Fyre Festival style container. The staff was nice enough. But after paying all that money for a crappy little basic container they wouldn't provide us with toilet paper... they make you pay €4 for it. I've never even been to a proper campground without toilet paper, let alone a place that we paid €60 for. Also, they advertise a pool. There is no pool. There is a gutted out wooden box down the road. "Pool"? also the staff gave us...

"We LOVED our hotel! The staff was top level; the breakfast was an amazing value for the variety and quality of food; our terrace room had the best view if the sunset near the Ponte Vecchio. We couldn’t have been happier to stay or sad to leave. Next time in Firenze…we will be staying here in our Junior suite with a view again!!!!"
