"The staff was very helpful when our room felt extremely hot because the heater wouldn’t turn off and the window would not open wide enough to let the cool air in. They moved us to a different room which was 100% better. Rooms were clean."

"We stayed a night. In the middle of the night someone came into our room. We were all asleep, we had mold in the shower and anytime someone showered it smelled terrible. It would be good to have fans bc of how hot it was"
