"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No lift- too many stairs. Entrance was dirty with lots of cigarette butts. No staff on site- my travel partners couldn’t stay in there room because of a heater maul function- too much heat- like an oven. Management was no help and so friends had to stay elsewhere! ..."
