"Lovely property. Overall good stay. However few points that could be improved upon, mainly from communication point of view. As we were travelling from the other side of the country we had requested if any non-dairy milk was available for use on the day we arrived and although the host said that would be fine, no milk available on arrival. "Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. "Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!"
