"It's not a luxury hotel, the TV was small there's no free breakfast, but I stayed there a few times and it is always clean bathrooms are clean the rooms are clean the staff is friendly and the prices inexpensive and doesn't change a whole lot when school is in session and the other hotels double their prices. It's a no frills place but if you need a place to stay it's good"

"We were at the Avon Inn for a very brief overnight stay, motivated by history behind the institution. As the sole remaining hotel from Avon's history as a destination for its springs, it is still the center of a lovely small town. Service was friendly and efficient and we would have been glad to spend another day or two there."

"We just spent 6 nights at this beautiful property. It was everything we hoped it would be! It’s rare to find a rental property that ticks all the boxes, but this one certainly did! We loved using the pool and hot tub daily and my husband was thrilled with the sauna! We played billiards and corn hole and just soaked up all the peace and quiet that this property offers. The views are beautiful and the sunsets were stunning! We were blessed with some clear nights and the sky was a star gazers dream! Thank you Laura and Howard for being wonderful hosts. We were definitely sad to leave, but feel recharged and ready to tackle the new school year!"

"The room was very clean. It was right off the road so there was the noise of traffic. It also is right above the restaurant outdoor dining/bar area and it looks like there is live music there often so that may be unappealing for people looking for a quiet lake getaway. There is an excellent restaurant on site with beach front tables and a marina. It looks like it gets very busy there on weekends with boat traffic and tourists. No central office so check-in was at the bar. Overall a very nice place to stay."

"Nice quiet stay on the lake. The terrace view is great with plenty of lake activity. Having a secure yard for our pups and the carport for our bikes was a bonus. Would do it all again. TX Jeff & Brandon"
