"First night the heat wasn't working my family and I was freezing. It was also a cold night as well. We let the front desk know and they were apologetic. They ended up turning on the floor heat because the wall one wasn't working. The slides was out of commission for 3 days bummer. The kiddie pool was not in use. They could do a better job at letting guest know if there are openings for the shuttle. The day I wanted to go was completely full however the following day when I went we were told that...

"There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here."

Morning front desk employee was very sweet and efficient and booked us for another night when we would return a few days later. They also had a free shuttle to the airport that we plan on taking the day we leave. "
