"The hotel is nice and comfortable rooms but such a boring place! Nothing much to do….food so expensive….not even a bottle of water supplied in room! Ended up taking the short walk into the airport to get a train to Bishops Stortford which is a nice little town with some decent shops and restaurants. Staff are very robotic with little real interaction. For the price is really not worth it so lesson learnt to not come again!"

"The location is excellent, close to the centre of Cambridge and an easy walk to all the main sights. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were all very helpful but you could tell everything was a bit new, the staffing levels and stock levels let them down on a couple of occasions so service was occasionally very slow, and they ran out of some food items (pastries, flatbread etc) seemingly quite early. I’m sure these are teething problems and I look forward to coming back once the service is a bit more mature…"
