"Everyone was great except for the attendant at the parking garage. I have thick skin but the guy was so aggressively rude despite me being so kind from the initial greeting that I had to call him out on his attitude and take a star away from here. I told the front desk about his behavior and they said the parking garage is a separate entity. While I’d usually let it slide from there, I have to remember that this is also the garage the hotel directly affiliates itself with. I don’t usually leave reviews, but everyone else was so great from check-in staff to the sweet cleaning lady that I felt the need to let them know who their partnered with doesn’t carry the same level of service."

"The hotel is in a very well-located area, making it convenient to get around and access nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel."
