"Good choice for a stay near Heathrow airport. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as temperatures were high, and the sound-proofing, which allowed us to get a good nights rest before flying out. The room was smallish and the bathroom very small, but still perfectly adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. You should be aware that on-site parking is available, but the lot is owned/managed by a third party and you do have to pay."

First day I arrived early morning, 7:30 am and my room was supposed to be ready for 3:00 pm. one of the crew took special care of me and she made arrangements for my room to be ready by 10:00 am. she did an amazing job.
