"The location is so convenient you can catch a boat to Epcot, which has its own private hotel entrance or a boat to Hollywood Studios. You can also walk along the boardwalk to Epcot. The Boardwalk has wonderful restaurants the best little corn dog spot and a foot-long cheese on a stick that is unbelievable plus the cake bake shop! This is seriously the best piece of cake I’ve ever tried! The staff is efficient and the rooms are spacious and nice with daily housekeeping included."

"It was super clean, family friendly for sure. The food at the pizza place was mid and the staff at the restaurant/bar were alright the customer service was not there. I tipped online and supposedly they don’t get the tip. Room it self was perfect! Loved it"

"Rooms are usually very clean. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I have never had an issue here which is why we frequent here when we come to universal. The complimentary shuttle to and from the parks help save us some money on these expensive trips."
