Since we took public transportation from the airport to the hotel, we were on foot and as is typical for Boston streets, they are laid out like spaghetti, no rhyme or reason to their layout, and poor or lacking in signage completely. Long story short we got totally lost and tried calling for directions via the number for the "available front desk 24/7". The only number we were given. Turns out front desk does not have a phone...

"The building is in a perfect location - an easy walk to the subway and Fenway Park (we had tickets to see a game). Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was a large window in the room that looks onto a very busy street. The window is not sound proof at all, and I checked several times to make sure it wasn’t open. They do provide earplugs, which is helpful if you are used to sleeping with them in (am not)."

They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long.
