"I book a room with a king size bed! But I got a room with 2 single bed put together and when on the bed you move the whole bed moved anyways we checked around 6 pm as we were very tired "

"Very clean, quite, well maintained hotel. Terrific staff, friendly, helpful, efficient. I thought it would be a easy walk from the Makkasan metro stop to the hotel given the short distance on the map (<500m). It is short, but the metro exit is the opposite direction from the hotel, so you double the distance walking out and then down to the street level. Also, there is no sidewalk on the road from the metro to the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but just a friendly notice to future guests who...
