"Lovely welcome to this lovely renovated village pub and hotel. Lovely public rooms and our bedroom was cosy, warm and good to be in. Excellent bathroom. Dinner was fine, breakfast was excellent,"

"Room was nice but a bit dusty and bathroom ceiling had mark"

"Good size rooms with a balcony . Comfy beds . Tea and making coffee facilities. Some rooms allow dogs if you book ahead. Excellent choice for breakfast."

"Clean comfortable room.Staff helpful and welcoming.Service at breakfast and dinner excellent. Good menu and food delicious.Would recommend for a relaxing break in the country."

"Property was nicely decorated and, whilst there is no reception, the instructions to gain access were easy and worked well. The continental breakfast in the room was lovely and well thought through although there was a lack of English Breakfast tea bags which I assume was just because they hadn’t been topped up. There is no parking at the accommodation but lots of parking in the town centre - it’s only a few minutes walk and I would recommend parking first and then walking to the property as...

"On the website said free parking. When we are there, the staff said need to charge for car parking."

"Great hotel, good service particularly the brasserie restaurant. We enjoyed the spa treatments. A bit noisy on the Saturday night."

"Breakfast was good quality. My room was up three sets of stairs in the attic. While of a good size, it wouldn't be easy carrying a suitcase to the room."

"Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful touches and a lovely location with great walks and lots to explore"

"We stayed here one night as my niece was getting married and having her wedding venue just down the road in the village Hall. The room was lovely, very clean and every thing you would need, to a very high standard. We didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on that."

"If you are looking for a good night sleep i would not stay here. Pub appears to have lock ins until 1am and then they stand outside for hours talking loudly. Windows have no secondary glazing and your woken constantly by bin trucks in the morning. Maybe rooms at rear are better. Room is nice and clean but if they improved sound insulation on windows and closed pub earlier it might be bareable."

"The Dundas Arms is a warm welcoming hotel in an interesting setting between canal and river on the edge of a lovely village. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The restaurant was busy with good service and a good menu of delicious food. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. It was our diamond wedding celebration and we were well looked after and given complimentary bubbly to celebrate. We had a most enjoyable 3 days and consider Dundas an ideal country venue and...

"They did not pickup the phone and did not lot us in, despite we called in advanced to confirm our arrival time and they told us they had a 24h doorman. Luckily another place nearby was still open and gave us a place to sleep, otherwise we would have been in trouble."

"Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed."

"Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were absolutely delicious. There was some games we could borrow which we enjoyed playing in the bar, only small disadvantage is the bar closed at 10:30. Room was very clean, stocked with tea and coffee and the extra pillows in the wardrobe was a nice addition. Overall, we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay."

"The hotel is clean and convenient location as we were going to Cotswold. Some areas like the bathroom could do with some updating. Plenty of parking space which you can pay for £7.50 at the reception. On the plus side, the leisure facilities—including the pool, sauna, and steam room—were great! Just an advice if you're planning a night swim: the website says the pool is open until 9:00 PM on weekends with last entry at 8:15 PM, but they actually closed early at 8:45 PM so staff could clean it...

"Staff was great, room decent but right over the bar so very noisy til 11pm!"

"Easy to park"
