"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"Great hotel 5 minutes from central train station or ferry. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is very convenient to walk to the channel, where there are lots of options for dining and shopping. I’ll definitely comeback."
