"The apartment is located near central Lucern, walking distance to Chapel Bridge and Lion Monument. Street parking is limited but there are a couple of public carpark close by. Staff is friendly and check in has been smooth. Good value for accommodation in central Lucern."

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "

"It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. "This is the worst travel stay ever experienced, HORRIBLE!!! There was no front desk, you have to use email, communication horrible...When getting to the room, it was SO HOT, there is no AC, no Fan, nothing for cooling down..I emailed them ask help, but no response. "This is a great property! And Dallenwil is a great area to visit. Lots to do, near Lucerne and very charming. Esther was a fantastic host and was in communication with me the entire time. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked and very functional. This was our favorite place that we stayed at on our recent visit to Switzerland.
