"BEWARE FISHERMEN AND BOATERS!!!!! They do not want your business here! Owner will say you are welcome and act friendly but in fact its all an act. I went to get breakfast and apparently they did not realize some of us know there language (worked in India for several years) him and his wife was bad mouthing all the boats taking up space and upset several backed there boat in the grass. He talked about how stupid fishing tournaments are and he just wanted them to stop staying there. Not sure why he just doesn't man up and tell us he does not want us there. I did share with the ones in my group and we will never stay there again! They do not even serve a hot breakfast, old bagels and muffins are the only choices!"

"They STOLE MY MONEY FROM MY WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT!!! I WENT THROUGH CHOICE REWARDS AND THE MAN TOOK MY CARD NUMBER FOR 3 NIGHTS AND SAID I WAS GOOD UNTIL SUNDAY!!! HE LIED AND TOOK .Y MONEY AMD THEN WHEN I FILED A DISPUTE WELLS FARGO HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD BUT THAT DON'T MATTER BECAUSE THIS HOTEL TOOK ALL OF MY MONEY!!! I HAVE 16CENTS TO MY NAME AND IM 5 HOURS AWAY FROM HO.ME IDK WHAT TO DO BUT GOTO A HOMELESS SHELTER BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE WHO DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND STOLE MY MONEY DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD NUMBER"

"First room had so much air freshener it triggered my wife’s asthma staff stated that was corporate policy. Asked for another room that had been cleaned and not to spray air freshener. They were able to accommodate but in that room the toilet was stopped up and had toilet paper in it, toilet over flowed into the floor. Maintenance finally came and unplugged toilet. Waited and waited for house cleaning never showed up so I called front desk they had gone for the day and this wasn’t long after lunch. So maintenance came back to clean the floor. Just moved water around as no mop bucket so that little swiffer thing didn’t do much. I cleaned it with one of your towels. The beds were so terrible and hard , lumpy and we chose to make the 3.5 hour drive back home Saturday night after the wedding we attended. Got home after midnight instead of sleeping in a hotel room that was paid for. It’s the world we live in make promises and no one from corporate actually knows what’s going on and doesn’t care either. You use these surveys to most of your job for you because you don’t have enough integrity,character or work ethic to do it yourself. Entitled workforce. The breakfast was as fake and cheap as you could find to buy."

"Run was clean, breakfast was decent. I left my jacket in closet and stay apparently stole it. Tried to tell me they didn't find it in closet and I know with 100% certainty that I left it hanging in there."

"Very nice staff and the room was nice and clean. But the mattress needs to be replaced because it was lumpy and old. And it was difficult to find the fitness room because the door had no sign. And more than half the things in the Fitness room were broken or unusable."

"I stayed one night and my husband stayed two nights. It was very nice and clean, He said the breafast was really good too. I will stay again when in the area."
