"All round fabulous hotel in the centre of Bath. Close to everything and anything, plenty of bars and places to eat on the same street! Take a left and you will find yourself in the heart of Bath! Steakhouse opposite is worth a visit! "

"If you want to stay in a quiet place away from the tourist crunch in Bath this is the place for you. The owners communicated promptly and informatively. Very personable, as upon arrival they left us a handwritten note welcoming us and advising they had left bread, butter, milk and eggs in the frig for our first morning meal. Enter the postal code and the GPS will take you there. Some congested one lane roads but beautiful countryside. Front door parking and covered entry. Fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. Freezer is in living area and they could use a couple of ice trays ready to go, as us Americans like ice in just about all our drinks. Comfy sofa and arm chair. Two nice size bedrooms with two full baths, but no hand towels or face towels. Big tub/shower combo in roomy bathroom attached to master bedroom with big comfy bed. If you want a top sheet but not the warmth of the comforter, it has snaps at the bottom so you can take the comforter out of the duvet. No air conditioning or even a fan, so you have to crack windows. Watch the step ups—I stubbed my toe several times. The washer and dryer are in the cabinets going downstairs. When we used the washer the water ran down the front of the cabinet and wetted the carpet on the stairs. Upon further investigation we discovered the PVC pipe wasn’t even connected. I emailed the owner and they said no worries they would take care of it"

"Great service, nice food and a clean room. What’s not to love. Went there for business but 100% would return for a weekend away. I was greeted by a bunny in the car park, watched doves from window and squirrels Entertained me Through the window while Eating breakfast. So peaceful "

"Absolutely beautifully appointed property, gorgeous decor and the comfiest beds in the south! The gardens were a stunning backdrop for a catch up over dinner and wine with old friends. The sitting room was especially cosy with a comfy sofa and open fire. Easy to find but hard to leave, I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you Amanda, we loved your property!"

"We are a family with 3 teens/adult children so enjoyed them having a room each to relax and have space. The single bathroom was a little tricky to manage and for access so not so suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The garden was lovely and the cottage well equipped for our Easter short break. We had a lovely walk in the countryside which was easy to navigate from the cottage. Thank you for the flowers in the cottage and all your thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend"

"We spent a couple of nights in the old dairy and had a lovely time. The property is in a very quiet location where you can only hear birds and the odd horse passing by. Very well equipped making it a comfortable stay."
