Pull up a chair on a balcony, relax and breath in the invigorating air. End your day with a view of Quito at night. Enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood on a tree lined pedestrian walkway. This house has been completely renovated with new appliances, floors, plumbing, furniture, light fixtures, aluminum framed windows, and a new 80 gallon electric water heater.

Security cameras, pathway lighting, smoke detectors, and motion detectors have been added to provide peace of mind for our guests.room.
