"Clean and beautiful B&B. Excellent breakfast. Amazing view from the garden and pool area. Timely instructions via whatsapp regarding keys and access on the day of arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. PS: Not the responsibility of the B&B, but nice to know: To go into Quarrata from the B&B, don't follow google maps instructions for the shortest road - it's on extremely steep , windy and narrow roads through olive groves. Beautiful, but really not for a car. ;-) "

"It was a pleasure to visit this beautiful location last year. The tiny house reflects the toscan flair perfectly! The pool is just a view meters away from the house, surrounded by a besutiful garden. Also very nice view from there! Sometimes you see the house owners who live next to the booking object. "Excellent Villa. Separate quarters for 4 families. Great additional housekeepers that made breakfast every morning, cleaned when requested, and cooked dinner when requested! You must pay for all extra services including electricity for AC! The Villa was perfect for my family of 15. We had a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay there again! Maria was a great host and helped with tours and guides as well!"
