"Overall, we found that this was a great house for our cousins’ reunion. The configuration was not clear on the VRBO website, so I wanted to make known that the property has two King Master Suites on the main floor with adjoining bathrooms, the second floor has three King Master Suites with adjoining bathrooms and one King Master suite with an adjacent bathroom. Plus, two queen bunk rooms with 3 bathrooms total. The house is well laid out, with two large living room areas, one up and one down, each with a large TV. All King Master Bedrooms had their own TV. There were two missing remote-control devices, but all remotes worked on all TVs. The kitchen is spacious with two large refrigerators, expansive island counter with seating for 8, with a large dining room table with 15 chairs. Equipment and dishes for the kitchen seemed to be adequate, however there were only six coffee cups and could use more silverware & small glasses. The house also included at least two outside sitting areas and an exceptionally large hot tub. We did have a number of maintenance and cleaning issues which we addressed with management. We found management to be very pleasant and extremely responsive to any calls we made to them. We are hopeful that they will take the time to correct the problems and deal with the cleaning and maintenance issues prior to the next guest’s arrival. And, in the future, inspect the property before the start of any reservation. We would book again if returning to Hurricane."

"The property was as pictured in a quiet, safe neighborhood near restaurants. The bed seemed a little on the smaller side for two people. It was nice having a small fridge and I appreciated the added coffee machine that wasn’t in the ad. The only complaint we had was about the air conditioning. We would manually change it to be cool only to eventually have a “following schedule” program setting hijack and make the room get uncomfortably hot since it was set to 82 degrees. We wondered if the owners were using an app to change it initially but eventually figured it out."

"I don’t often leave reviews but this was a really great house! Very spacious and perfect for a large crowd. All the rooms are nice, and none are significantly better than the next which reduces the risk of fights when selecting which room each person/couple/family will get. One thing that stood out is how well stocked the kitchen is! I was here with a friend group and we wanted to cook most meals. Everything you could need was there- even things like spices, coffee filters (drip pot and kuerig to pick from) blender, griddle, even a food scale! We were very impressed and had a great time. We visited Bryce, Zion, and the nearby state parks. If we visit southern Utah again, we will book this house! Also- Austin was very quick to respond and generous when we had a flight delay- he was very understanding and even allowed us to stay a couple more hours at no charge."
