"Our room was in subpar condition. Signs of break-in from the broken off door jam, dirty walls with brown splatter, broken light fixture, tv wasn’t plugged in, broken A/C grill on the outside and crud in the shower tiles. You will hear all the outside noise too. I’m a good note, it is in okay area and it was a place for us to rest in the evening. "

"Honestly, I think this motel deserves a higher rating. We stayed here (family of 6 - with four small children ages 5-10) for a weekend and it was everything we needed and more. The option of using the indoor or outdoor pool was amazing for the kids. They also enjoyed the enclosed playground. The room was actually bigger than we anticipated, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than the one we had at the Hyatt a few months back. The property is a little older, but it's actually charming. The rooms have been updated though. And the free hot breakfast was simple but just what we needed. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were kept clean each day as we visited National Parks. They offered a Continental Breakfast, but we were unable to access those benefits since we had to get up very early and travel long distances to Zion and Bryce Parks to be there early enough to get parking spaces."

"Nice property and very good for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Pay attention to the instructions that the hot water takes a lot of time - especially if you are at the end of the building. It will arrive and there’s plenty, it’s just a real long journey and takes a good while. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The maid would vacuum outside my room after asking the front desk if they could wait with my do not disturb sign and not ar 8am. I even asked the maid who didn’t speak English. It never resolved. I got home and was charged 250 for smoking in the room which never happened. Called 4 times and was told to call upper management which I did and never received a call back. "

"Check in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, decent tv, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and open. Nighttime activities the area was quiet not loud. Overall a good experience."
