"AC was loud, but it kept the room cool. Breakfast was good. First room I was given smelled like urine, so I told the front desk and they gave me a different room that smelled a bit better. The pool and hot tub was clean; however, the hot tub was cold. The lobby was nice and clean. No bed bugs, which was great! Would stay there again. "

"No issues with the room. Laundry was broken which was disappointing because we were planning on using it but the prices were good with included breakfast. "

"We brought a group to Utah for a corporate retreat. This property was very clean and well maintained. Ruby, the property manager, met us at check in to show us the many features of the home. She was very responsive to answer any questions and to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Truly cannot say enough good things about this home!"

"Excellent location, within 10 minutes of Sand Hollow. Comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of space, very accommodating regarding our vehicle situation and the neighbors were very friendly as well. A bit noisy when the host was home which seemed to be close to midnight on at least 2 of the nights we stayed - we could hear them walking, toilets flushing, etc. Overall comfortable stay."

"Fabulous home and saw it in the parade of homes a few years back. It was exciting to rent a home of this caliber. Home is spacious and very well finished. Pool has great privacy and the app provided worked great but the wall panel seemed locked. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the master bath.....damn it's enormous. I would suggest stocking salt and pepper and a thin pan friendly spatula. Those are the home were metal or thicker wood which doesn't work well for eggs. Not exactly sure how to address local channels for TV but I couldn't find how to get those as I didn't bring any device. Please advise guests if the ice maker is not working so can plan to bring some. Excellent trip, thank you"

"I am at awe. The home was clean and very relaxing in a beautiful private community. what an amazing place to stay. Ms Kathryn, the owner of the home is a sweet woman. She lives next door. Wish i can spend time with amazing people like her. I am sure shes got a ton of stories. I was admiring her decor and her house. I would definitely stay here again. One thing for all renters is that, keep the place clean and respect the property when done for the next guests. ENJOY!"
