"The bathroom was newly renovated. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which is hard to find at the hotels near Mt. Zion. Staying in Hurricane helped us save money, but do start your day early to avoid traffic and crowd."

"I’m very disappointed with my stay and how a lost item situation was handled at this hotel. When I arrived, the room had a noticeable odor and had clearly not been vacuumed properly. There were even toenail clippings on the floor. We specifically asked housekeeping to vacuum the room, but the issue was not corrected. Unfortunately, the bigger issue happened after checkout. I KNOW for certain that I left my AirPods on the bed in the hotel room when I checked out. Within about 4 hours, I checked their location using Find My and they were already showing at a private residential address—not at the hotel. I contacted the front desk immediately and was told they would escalate the issue with a manager and check with staff. However, the following day the AirPods were still showing at the same residential location. I was then told there was nothing further they could do. Guests should be able to trust that rooms are properly cleaned and that items left behind are turned in to lost and found. Between the cleanliness concerns and the lack of accountability regarding a tracked personal item, this experience was extremely disappointing. "

"Didn't care about the GMO breakfast. Typical American junk that we don't eat. But I did care about the smell. Our room was so loaded with chemicals to mask the smells that we had to open windows and doors. The bathroom had black mold gripping the inside of the door. The floor was covered in black dirt that when I took a shower the bottom of the tub was black from what came off my feet. Seriously that black mold has to be a health hazard. You guys gotta clean that up asap. And wash the floor. "

"We had such a great time, even if life had other plans for us halfway through! We ended up getting sick and had to cut our trip short, but our family who stayed loved every single minute, and honestly? We're already talking about coming back!This place was clearly designed with extended families in mind. The layout is incredible and well thought out. And the backyard makes it so you don’t even want to leave the house haha. On top of all that, everything ran so smoothly that we never had to reach out to the property managers at all — which is honestly the highest compliment. When a stay is that seamless, you know the hosts have thought of everything!We hope to be back someday. Highly recommend!"
