"This hotel is as close to heaven on earth as you can get. The views are spectacular, the rooms are amazing, and the service is top notch. Kostas did an amazing job making sure we were good at all times. But Vagellis at the front desk made our vacation perfect. He helped with reservations, suggestions and took care of it all. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as well. Just a great person. Thank you to everyone at Petit Palace. We will definitely be back. "

"Where to start? Giota the property manager is not just a ray of sunshine but the entire ball of sunshine, just her positive attitude, big smile, and friendliness makes you want to stay there more! The view of Caldera and the sunset is perfection. The location is great if you are looking to avoid the crowds and just soak in the sunshine and peace. It is also located next to two major wineries, you can walk to Venesantos and their wine is excellent. Oh and the breakfast they cook is delicious!!! "

"This place offers magical and spectacular view The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the owner made his way to welcome us himself We missed our initial flight and had to reschedule our arrival and they were very understanding and reschedule our stay at no extra cost... "Stayed 3 nights in the deluxe 2 bedroom suite and felt like we were on top of the world! This piece of paradise has spectacular views and incredible hospitality. It was spacious, extremely quiet, comfortable and clean with great air conditioning. The private hot tub was fantastic! And breakfast at Penelope’s such a special treat. Vivian took excellent care of us and was very attentive from start to finish for everything we could ask. We experienced the best of Santorini at Kastro Mansion. "

"I knew I wanted to stay at this hotel the moment I saw it and read a few reviews and it did not disappoint. We had a suite with a pool (nice size pool) and the views were stunning overlooking the sea the village and a beautiful sunset every evening. The breakfast to your room every morning is a nice touch along with the robes and slippers felt like we had a private little spa break. The village of pyrgos was perfect 5 mins walk. "Overall a great stay, but a few areas for potential guest to consider. The hotel needs some signs on the surrounding roads to find it, there is a very very steep hill for 400mtrs to reach it. Room pictures suggest more privacy than reality ….. path to other rooms is in front of you. Breakfast was great, staff friendly and amazing. Quiet location…. a car a must if you want to be easily mobile. "

"We particularly enjoyed this stay because of you was phenomenal. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The infinity pool is the place to be great selections for both breakfast and dinner. Wes needs some improvement, but it is now the off-season So maybe next year they will get more variety. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and recommended to anyone who does not mind stairs. If you have trouble climbing stairs, best to look elsewhere."
