Staff members were friendly enough but didn’t seem very engaged. The bed was too hard for my liking and I was really taken back by the pool bar offerings. I found it to be overpriced for the setting and I disliked that we weren’t allowed to consume our own beverages or food in all the lovely sitting areas."
