"Great location - close to Heathrow, easy to locate, private car park. Close to local convenience shop and a pub. Beautiful old guest home, with some lovely features; However, we were left waiting on the doorstep to get greeted for over 10 minutes, no apology from staff, later had an apology from owner for her daughter not hearing the door. We were told we could help ourselves to cereal, coffee etc from the dining room, as we were leaving at 645am for the airport, but the was only 1 bowl...

Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House".
