"Great"

"Room service was a little slow. Ordered breakfast the night before for 8:15 and got it at 8:43 two nights in a row. The rest was good."

"I wish there are more options dinning."

"Pool was dirty. Chaise lounges old and rusty"

"It’s Michelin Key for a reason ~ perfection in hospitality! A beautiful place to relax. Thank you Alberto, Uli, and the entire staff. I love the chamoy!"

"We were severly disappointed with our stay. On a scale of hit to miss there were far more misses then hits. The hotel is very noisy at night (one night was loud until 11:30 pm. ) and during the day there was heavy construction ( ie excavators with concrete breakers) right outside our room. Room service is claimed to be 24/7 but often is unavailable and when youre able to get room service it is either the wrong items, cold or mushy. The quality of food was lacking for what claims to be a 5 star....

"We had an amazing stay here. All the staff were fantastic. It is some of the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel, everything felt so personal, and the extra amenities such as coffee and bags to take to the beach with towels, coolers and a blanket were great added touches. The style of the hotel is also beautiful and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough."

"Must stay!"

"Plenty of places to explore and loved the amount of pools and never felt over crowded"
