"First off, Punta Mita is an absolute paradise with two fantastic and challenging golf courses, two beautiful resorts, and five beach clubs. As for our stay at X6, it was seamless throughout the entire process. Adriana, our concierge, made sure everything was booked including tee times, ziplining, surfing lessons, dinner reservations, groceries, and our welcome lunch! Rosa made some exquisite lunches and the place always looked immaculate. We loved cruising around the property and into town on the golf cart and we plan to come back for Spring Break next year!"

"Cinthia and the house staff were very accommodating, and Plenty of space for more than one family. The food was delish, The house was clean, and had everything we needed. Being right on the Golf Course, the view was absolutely amazing. A few things to know that have nothing to do with the house, but just for the community in general, a golf cart is a MUST to get around the compound (nothing is in walking distance). If you have more than 6 people, you will need to rend a second golf cart (luckily, the staff helped us with this!). Also, the compound is very strict on usage of facilities, and they constantly check and ask for ID when visiting. Certain areas of beaches, etc., are only for owners (vs. renters). Finally, if you are planning to use the fitness facility, be aware that you are not allowed to visit the facility until after 12pm each day, which isn't really ideal. Tennis/Padel/golf is available all day by appointment. "

"TLDR: This was our 4th visit to Punta Mita and this was the best place we have rented. New, beautiful unit, two carts, private gym for this condo group. Some things that stood out:- Unit is beautiful and well appointed. Some of the older units we have stayed at have had some wear and tear (e.g., some of the AC units not working properly, wood doors warped so air escaping and bugs getting in). - Two carts (I think we only used both two times but having the flexibility is huge. I had some works calls I needed to do and this way the family wasn’t waiting around for me. More fun for them and less stress on me) - Gym: The main gym situation at Punta Mita stinks. Can’t use until mid morning, is small and have to pay a high daily charge. There is a community gym as part of this unit which is great - large, lots of cardio equipment and weights - has everything you need. - Having night lights already there is helpful for the kids. - Having the jug of water with the pump - last year I was lifting the thing to try to pour into water cups. - Little things that are often overlooked: plenty of hangers, drying rack for the clothes, extra beach bag. Would 100% recommend. "
