"Our family had an incredible stay at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana, and a big part of that was thanks to Franklin. From the moment we arrived, Franklin went above and beyond to make sure every member of our family felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. Franklin was always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed, whether it was making dinner plans, checking in to see how our day was going, or helping with special requests. Franklin thoughtful service made our vacation completely stress-free and allowed us to focus on spending quality time together. The genuine care and professionalism he showed made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the extra effort he put into making our family vacation so memorable. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories. We highly recommend Sunscape Coco Punta Cana, and if you're lucky enough to have Franklin to assist with your stay, you're in for a fantastic experience!"

"My daughter and I just stay a week, celebrating her 16th birthday. Our room was nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. My complaints: the food was mediocre…and if you were outside spending the day at the pool or beach, the options were extremely limited..burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders ..that’s literally it..super disappointing. The cocktails were super weak ..which is semi common at all inclusive’s. There was limited entertainment…overall I’d rate the resort a 7/10."

"This is one of my most memorable vacations. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food is good once you find the right spot, they have plenty of options. An extra perk when booking with expedia is the butler service. I have to mention our butler Edward. Really patient and attentive we didn't tell him directly it was my wife's birthday he must have overheard, one night we came to our room in was decorated and had champagne. Also William the bartender by the Poseidon made made sure my cup was never empty. Place is secure and safe and if you speak English you're okay. Only thing to shy away from is anyone offering anything to do with the travelclub."
