My stay was great. No complaints. Everything was clean, the security guards were nice and aware of the surroundings. The staff was there if you needed anything. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was up to date and very clean. The pool is big and beautiful. The host was an absolute gem. Checking & making sure I was good every day of my stay. Would definitely book again.

The guest policy is crazy. My daughter could not visit with me (divorce vacation). Many calls and they never bothered trying to work with me. Security is tight, but it seems many rooms have the exact same door code for entry to the room. I accidentally entered the wrong room, the folks in that room told me it’s the same code for the correct room next door. The remote for the large AC was missing, the small AC did not work. DR is hot and humid, no AC is insane. There is no way to use the units without the remote. I accidentally found the remote while looking for somewhere to hide my stuff (door code). WiFi wasn’t all that intuitive to connect to. The instructions should have been sent upon check-in. Location was fine for me. There is a pharmacy and other stores and restaurants within walking distance. The partying is a little further out. The apartment was nice and clean. Laundry, kitchen, TV. The place was clean. The pool is nice.
