Bavaro beach is incredibly close, and the walk to the Caribbean Sea was quick and easy. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so I got to try different meals every night. Hotel’s staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

I especially loved the tropical garden surrounding the property because it created a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Rooftop pool area was my favorite place to unwind, with comfortable loungers and plenty of shade.

The hotel is very hard to find; room was not even close to the pictures; booked queen/double room, was switched to a double/twin; no blankets on the bed, only a push button in the shower (Luke warm water); room very outdated; not what was advertised.

The whole establishment is not reliable. The location sited on Expedia is wrong. Office is hidden and you have to ask few people to reach. The apartment has cocroaches. Pillows and matrix has stains and outdated.

Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. If you don’t sign you can’t check in, so we had to sign under duress as we couldn’t find a new hotel for the same night. There’s also no beach access and sink water smells like sewage. We moved to Hotel HM Bavaro beach down the street which was incredible, stay there, do not stay here.

Total abweichend von den Bildern! Verrostetes Badinventar! Unfreundliches Personal! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Haltet euch fern! Ich weiß nicht, ob Expedia überhaupt vorab sich die Location anschaut, um sie in ihren Favoriten aufzunehmen!
