"Unforgettable Vacation Thanks to Rafael & Amazing Staff! **Rating:** 5/5 Stars My family had a fantastic stay (July 20–27) at Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites! The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food far exceeded other resorts we've visited, like Hard Rock. As a parent, I was especially impressed by how they handled food allergies. My daughter is allergic to fish, shellfish, and tree nuts. At every buffet and restaurant, the chef on duty personally spoke with us and prepared her meals directly. That peace of mind was priceless! Our butler, Rafael, took our trip to the next level. He was professional, attentive, and gave great recommendations. He sent us daily family activities, handled all restaurant reservations, arranged day passes for extra family members, and answered our questions even when off duty. Rafael truly made our stay special! My only constructive note is about the Members Club presentation on our second day. While the staff treated us wonderfully, the presentation took nearly 3 hours, and we chose not to join. I suggest letting guests enjoy the resort for a few days before proposing membership meetings. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation. A huge thank you to the chefs, staff, and especially Rafael! We can't wait to return."

"My wife and I truly enjoyed celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary at the Majestic Mirage Resort. The all-inclusive experience was outstanding, with premium spirits, beer, wine, and a great selection of food that exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our suite butler, Vikki, whose attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. From keeping our in-room refrigerator stocked with drinks and snacks to ensuring our dinner and spa reservations were handled flawlessly, she provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We created wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning to the Majestic Mirage in the future!"
