"Samuel is an Amazing Bar tender! He welcomed me on our first day and always greeted me with a smile and remembered my favorite drink option.
Blais the restaurant manager went above and beyond after learning we were unhappy with the food and long wait at Agave on my first night. He promised to make up for it and allowed us to order any dish we wanted even food not on the menu. He made sure our experience the following day was much much better. That’s great customer service!!

Rosa and Jisette at the Spa were fantastic, I loved my massage! And Dorka lead us thru the Hydro therapy session showing us a wonderful experience as well.
Overall, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, always willing to do whatever they could to make our stay better. Because of all these things, we would recommend Excellence El Carman to our friends and family. We will definitely be going back there again!"
